Welcome to the Cavendish, we are a contemporary country pub serving a delightful seasonal menu, brilliant beer and fantastic wines and all by an open fire.

In our bar, you can enjoy anything from our locally sourced menu, a golden ale, a beautiful cocktail or any of our 29 gins. You’ll be surrounded by great furniture, welcoming staff and the warmth of an open fire.

Alongside the bar we have two dining rooms, our main dining room is a bright and charming room, with a solid wooden floor and original 16th century wooden beams. In this space,our team offers a British menu serving only locally sourced produce and great wines. The other, a more private room known as “the pantry” offers a quieter experience away from the hustle and bustle of our bar and main restaurant and is perfect for a quietly sophisticated meal between you and a companion or private dining for groups of up to ten.
