Established in 1933. High quality general stock of over 10,000 second hand and antiquarian books. Two premises within the village: The Gatehouse Bookshop and Priory Barn. We pride ourselves on the quality and condition of our stock and pursue a selective buying policy. Prices range in general from £5 to £1500. If you require any advice or information about books, either buying or selling, our considerable experience and expertise can help. We are members of the Antiquarian Booksellers’ Association and the ILAB. We are available Monday-Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm, when the Gatehouse Bookshop is closed we can usually be found at our Priory Barn address.
